Volunteers wanted: We actively encourage parents to become involved in our Forest School programme.

Preparing Background: We received funding from the Public Health Agency in 2019 for our forest school training and assessment. We used Mid and East Antrim Borough Council's Ecos Park and The People's Park both in Ballymena for our forest school sessions.
St. Colmcille s Primary School is in the parish of Kirkinriola, serving the community through the provision of a caring and effective Catholic education service, which enables children to make the most of their potential for academic, religious and human development.
Our school is a happy, family environment, hardworking and successful. The child is at the centre of everything we do. Our whole school community shares one common goal to do the very best for all children in our care.

Camouflage" Forest School setting: We are developing our Forest School site in The People's Park in Ballymena. This is an excellent outdoor learning space with many varied habitats - lake, woodlands, hedgerows and open spaces. It is only a short walk from our school to get there.
